when you bottle, or when you let plans, goals, dreams, to-do lists, projects, etc live solely in your head - you'll notice you can't sleep as well, it's harder to rest, your memory gets more foggy than usual, you feel burnt out and unable to connect, etc. specifically:

write down your feelings. this will be your ultimate (free) therapy. start to journal, write a diary. make a private twitter/tumblr where you spill your feelings, frustrations, thoughts. you will feel an immense sense of relief by writing or typing your feelings out - even if no one is reading it but you. mutable moons especially. our feelings tend to change rapidly, but it doesn't make them less valid. don't bottle out of the fear your feelings will change/you'll just "get over it"!! write it down and let it out!!

write! to-do! lists!!!!! these don't have to be for important things. you want to learn digital art? you want to study coding? you want to learn french? you want to re-decorate? you probably have a billion things you want to do, and then you get overwhelmed by the options, and do nothing. write down all the things you want to do. make a to-do list for these things. get them out of your head and somewhere permanent/physical. looking at the options in front of you will feel much easier.

make excel project trackers (you can even make these for to-do list items/goals/etc)! mutable placements have a tendency to start a lot of projects or tasks, and never finish any of them. make a simple tracker for all the projects you start. you won't forget what you're working on, and you'll be less overwhelmed trying to remember what you have going on (example of the one i always use pictured below)

talking out your thoughts and feelings is also very cathartic. make fake (or real, i support u!) youtube vlogs where you spill your feelings and talk about your plans, your day, what you have to do, etc. talk to someone you love and trust, vent to them about how things are; or about what you're getting up to. i find writing has an edge, because you can go back to it for reference (mutables tend to forget things easily) - but as long as you're getting the swirl of your mind somewhere outside of your head, you'll feel so, so much less stressed.

mutable dominants tend to constantly live in go-mode, we're restless and always doing something. we feel uncomfortable and sometimes guilty about staying still. our minds don't ever shut off. it's very important for mutable placements to learn how to rest, be present in the moment, and learn grounding. this can be done in many ways, but i've found personally that writing works best for me. other helpful practices can be: talk therapy, acceptance theory, yoga, meditation, hiking, camping, etc.

❤️Aries placements can be extremelyyy sensitive about their choices. Almost acting like a big baby at times. (especially Aries moon). be cautious when giving them advice about anything. They want to make their own choices!

🧡Sagittarius and gemini suns are generally great at lying about literally anything, watch out for that y’all bc it can become a bad habit VERY fast

💛Mutable placements are pretty hard to read bc they change so much depending on their environment or who they’re talking to (ask them direct questions about themselves to know more about them, ~yes or no~!!)

💚Capricorn suns think they are comedians when in reality they’re just sarcastic & like to tease people. Lol….find a joke book or something idk

💙All earth signs are also very sensitive despite their reputation of being “the strong ones”. Yea they can take a lot but it doesn’t mean that they don’t get hurt by the smallest thing & hold on to it forever (they definitely hold grudges)

💜Virgo mercuries have a hard time not being picky and particular about what they eat and who they speak to. Very decisive individuals that know what/who they do & don’t like majority of the time~ you don’t even have to ask because they already told you once :)

🖤Moon-Pluto aspects in a chart can represent a diabolical relationship with the mother or any motherly figure in one’s life. It can develop into a yearning for that special person who will nurture you the way your mother never did growing up. On the contrary, it can show that you may have a deceptively close relationship with your mother & eventually you will find out something you never knew about her that will make you question her identity all together.

★彡　i feel like when people link cancers to being emotional, they mean major crybabies. which is so funny to me because being emotional isn't just being sad all the time. to me, being emotional is being the happiest, the angriest, the saddest, etc. also not every cancer is a big emotional crybaby 😭 but some of us are, and thatz totally okay 🙏. like i also feel like the astro community makes being emotional or a crybaby seem like such a bad thing when it rlly isn't :3

✨🌙 I’ve seen Leo moon women show people their emotions through styling their hair. As y’all should. Show them how it’s done 😌

✨🌙 Taurus Mars can be extremely stubborn when they firmly believe in something. It’s sometimes really frustrating trying to get them to think otherwise. Or make them see from another perspective.

✨🌙 Mutable Mercury I’ve noticed adapt into new ideas very quick. Not a surprise tbh.

✨🌙 I know so many people say water placements can be prone to drug addiction but have y’all ever seen water placements addicted to maladaptive daydreaming? It gets worse than drug addiction.

✨🌙 A lot of the times from what I’ve seen Virgo placements and hygiene is really true even if they don’t care much for it, they are usually surrounded by someone significant that makes them care about it.

✨🌙 I’ve seen people with prominent planets in the 18th degree actually go through a lot of suffering in their lives.

✨🌙 Libra sign/degree midheaven can really fantasise about working in the arts or being seen as creative and boujee.

✨🌙 Cancer placements can show emotions but once they mature they can be great at hiding their emotions. If they want to you can never truly know what’s exactly going on in their lives.

✨🌙 Aquarius moon can actually have very high standards for themselves and when they don’t meet it, they can really get depressed.

✨🌙 Taurus moons, their moods can change depending on the music they listen too. One minute they’re dancing the next crying. I know that happens to everyone but I’ve seen it take a lot of effect on Taurus moons in specific.

✨🌙 Black moon Lilith in gemini can be into open relationships.

✨🌙 I’ve seen so many Capricorn placements that can actually “play the part” to attract potential suitors. Seen it happen way too many times.

✨🌙 Venus in Capricorn can’t deal with immature or overly emotional partners for too long even if it’s an arranged marriage there’s a time when they get fed up of the constant emotional outbursts. That’s why a lot of them look for emotionally stable partners in the first place.

✨🌙 This Pluto sextile Neptune cycle really bought a revolution in spirituality and bought hidden knowledge out for the world to see. Especially when Neptune hit Aquarius.

✨🌙 Mars conjunct Jupiter, these people usually have a lot of energy when they’re young. These are the types of people you’d see doing multiple sports on sports day.

✨🌙 Moon in 1st house can be great actors/actresses. They’re able to truly immerse themselves in the role and their expressions can be really on point.

✨🌙 Venus in Pisces/ Pisces degree/12th house love with their whole heart. Usually people, lovers or friends don’t forget these types of people easily. Their love is pure and unconditional.

✨🌙 I am pretty much convinced that Gemini placements can be extremely open minded and they generally accept everyone, or at least like to show they do.

✨🌙 Libras can be really social people I honestly believe that’s where the people pleasing thing comes from tbh.

✨🌙 Aries moon, your passion when it comes to things is truly inspiring.

✨🌙 Scorpio Venus would give up everything when they’re in love. Not all but I’ve seen it play out a lot with this aspect.

✨🌙 8th house placements or scorpio placements can be very prone to sleep paralysis. Stay protected y’all.

✨🌙 Also 8th house placements and scorpio placements tend to get strong reactions out of people a lot of the times. I’d definitely say it’s the plutonic influence.
