Ingredients: 1/2 pound ground beef. 1/2 cup finely chopped mushrooms. 1/4 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 4 small slider buns. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Onion slices. Ketchup and mustard for topping.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped mushrooms, shredded Pepper Jack cheese, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well to incorporate all the ingredients. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into mini burger patties. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Place the burger patties on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. While the burgers are cooking, split the slider buns and toast them on the grill until they are lightly browned. Assemble the mini burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by a burger patty, a slice of tomato, and a slice of onion. Top each burger with ketchup and mustard, and then place the other half of the bun on top. Serve your Mushroom Pepper Jack Mini Burgers hot and enjoy!
