Another thing I noticed while at the museum was the variety of shades of blue throughout the exhibitions and the museum’s walls themselves. I started thinking about the color blue, its history, connotations, and personal meanings — I was thinking about making a book combining all these thoughts and research results with a palette of blues taken from the museum itself. This grid is the beginning of that collection, but I decided not to pursue it.
