Tumblr ate it, but yeah Milky Way has changed quite a bit.
I kind of got rid of the whole starchild narrative, I didn’t know how to work with them as a race. Milky Way has changed completely to a dragon. She is the first one in a looong loooooong time. They found her egg out in space, and now she is being observed as she grows. However, because shes not on her natural environment, she’s very stunted.
She’s pretty cranky and moody.
If you want a proper report, here’s one from Stella:
“ 'Milky Way' has been observed to be docile over time, only expressing anger in mild ways similar to distrust, discontentment, or small bouts of frustration. She seems to be adaptable and more familiar with Earth practices over time. Hobbies include engaging online through forum, games, or video format. Once accommodated in these three areas she keeps to herself. She seems to still be young, being decades old but still having an immature way of expressing herself. Being awoken from dragon’s slumber when we first found her has seemed to left her in a permanently cranky mood, even if she sleeps for days at a time to make up for it.
We've noticed that she seems to be stunted in growth, most likely due to being taken out of her natural environment, and so we are looking for a way to remedy it. Milky way has not formed many relationships within the facility, but seems to have formed some kind of symbiotic relationship with subject #72 (Murii). Subject #72 seems to be rather fond of the small lights that Milky Way can create, and they seem to be able to be consumed. In return, Subject #72 starts to grow a strange fruit. Milky Way seems to like this fruit. She has found a Mother figure in myself and is generally more patient with females. ”
