Timeline of Incident:

01:42 AM: [WD_Annie_Seth] issued an urgent alert to Security, claiming to have visually identified the corpse of [WD_Kyle_Lauren] peeking from the T-Section Maintenance Access Corridor C, Sector 04

01:45 AM: Security and Diagnostic MedFrame units dispatched to the location for verification.

02:03 AM: No remains, or other remnants located. The area was clean and structurally stable. [Exeption #B-Vent_Sys-NC.]

02:08 AM: [WD_Annie_Seth] recovered from nearby corridor in a visibly distressed state. MedFrame unit suggests erratic visual feed anomalies and elevated internal stress markers due to severe trauma.

Assessment:

[WD_Kyle Lauren] remains classified as missing since [13/8/####]. No trace evidence was found at the reported site.

No external tampering or environmental disturbances were recorded by surrounding surveillance nodes. [Exeption #B-Vent_Sys-NC.]

The incident is currently classified as a perceptual malfunction, possibly caused by:

[WD_Annie_Seth] memory echo or corrupted subroutine linked to [WD_Kyle_Lauren] state.

Hardware degradation within [WD_Annie_Seth] ocular matrix or cognitive stack.
