Contributor applications will open on December 1! Stay tuned!
All pieces, both writing and visual arts must be new content. You’re free to use a WIP you already have laying around, given that it’s not been released publicly anywhere. You may use crafts you’ve already created before, so long as it’s presented in a new and creative way.
Examples of content writers can do (Not limited, come up with your own things too!):
Poems (Max 3 entries of the kind will be accepted and chosen randomly - You can still enter with other types of content if not chosen for this)
Meta analysis (Max 2 entries of the kind will be accepted and chosen randomly - You can still enter with other types of content if not chosen for this)
Every writer will have up to 2000 words to use - This can either be one long piece, or you can split them up between multiple pieces. Minimum word count requested for the project is 1000 words, with exception of poems.
More or less space can be discussed as the project progresses!
Examples of content visual artists can do (Not limited, come up with your own things too!):
Photo Manipulations* (Check our statement on copyrighted material)
3D modelling* (Only assets available on free for commercial use, or items purchased for their personal use license for which the user takes responsibility, or assets made by the user themself)
Artists will by default have 2 pages (Comics exempt and will provide you more pages / If you make page art and would like more pages, you can request them after the first 2 page pieces are fully submitted, assuming there will be space left between writers and other artists - We’ll discuss further with you!). This can either be one spread artwork taking up two pages, or two artworks. We expect you to fill out a minimum of 1 page.
More space can be discussed as the project progresses!
Copyright statement: The usage of copyrighted content you don’t have permission for will not be allowed - This includes AI art. You may use AI art for inspiration, but none of that material must be in the final piece.
For photo manipulations, only pictures taken by you, pictures you have direct permission to use, or pictures licensed under Creative Commons that allow commercial usage may be used.
