FACE? you will your fingers not to search out for what you know to be true, the face plate of your suit is in place. you remember engaging it before being any where near the humans, having learnt that the flesh can oft make them uncomfortable. a being a metal and machine with a face that looks so human / yet not. something wrong.
perhaps it was an oddly worded rhetorical question and you had let something slip. a gesture out of the ordinary for a robot. posture straightened all the more. robotic. no autonomy in this construct. they must continue to believing this fact as the truth would certainly scare them all. ❛ i possess no look upon my face. ❜
