I donât think I could ever imagine when I was in my 20s that I would be comfortably âmultitaskingâ and âworking under pressureâ like in the admin job postings I often saw.Â
Itâs hard to imagine when you start out with so little work experience that youâd one day be the person people go to for information, context and help. There is a weirdness to realizing that people trust your opinion and judgment.
But today probably the weirdest thing I could ever imagine myself doing is frantically processing as many reports as possible to send out people while a 9 minute song about the Muppets plays on repeat in the background.
To be fair, the Muppet Cypher song has an excellent beat to work against.

Seen this twice with my son and both times he called the song âsadââand I get the vibe too, even though none of the lyrics are sad (itâs more fo a nursery rhyme). Itâs a bit about the music, a bit about how tentative Robin the Frog is voiced, but also about how itâs shot. Pretty incredible sensitivity, for wire and felt and puppetry.Â
