Salt Pepper Whisk ingredients, simmer on low heat, then add the Caramelized veggies. 2 Chicken Breasts Dry Rub: 1 TSP Oregano 1 TSP Rosemary 1 TSP Thyme 1 TSP Parsley 1 TSP Onion Powder 1 TSP Garlic Powder 1 TBSP Minced Garlic Salt Pepper Cut into chunks, place on a baking sheet, bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Rotini Pasta (or Pasta of your choice.) Bring water to a boil, then simmer for 8 minutes. Drain, add to Alfredo Sauce.
