Configure Growl notifications to follow active display?

I’m using multiple monitors with my computer (running OS X Lion) and Growl notifications always show up on the main display.

Is there any plugin, setting or other way to make notifications follow me to the active display? By active I mean the display where the window currently in focus is, since that’s where I’m most likely looking.

I have a Dell U2312HM 23″ screen connected to my HP Envy laptop in Extended desktop mode. Is there a way I get 2 Metro “Windows 8 Style UI” to run side-by-side, with one app on each of the screens?

It seems like when opening the Modern UI version of IE from the Start screen, it will only open on the main display. Afterwards, I don’t know how to move it to the second display, since Win+← and Win+→ don’t work for Modern UI apps. Is this possible or do I need to go to desktop mode and do it that way?
