Dear Vector Prime, if Octane, Blitzwing and Astrotrain could combine into a Gestalt what would it be called?

This has indeed happened, in a sense! In one timeline, the Decepticons pioneered Multiforce technology as part of the "Combiner Wars" arms race, upgrading six of their soldiers to be able to combine. High-Octane the tanker truck combined with Megabolt the passenger jet to become Mega-Octane; Blitzor the tank combined with Ironwing the fighter jet to become Blitzwing; and Drivetrain the locomotive combined with Astrostrike the space shuttle to become Astrotrain. These three warriors could themselves combine into Sixshot, who was as powerful as he was unstable.
