So this was a few months ago, which definitely dates how far this was back in my drafts, but these were a few of the gems of getting to hang out with my Trash Turtle Bro-mate, @multaingenium for the first time in the two years we’ve known each other.

Seriously it was one of the best experiences of my life (aside from leaving which was the worst), and I got to spend so much time in person with my best friend, my other mischievous half, my soul sistah. And yeah if you think it’s going to end there, it won’t. We started on a pretty damn high note with starting with visiting NYC, but it’s only up from there guys, and these are just a few examples of the reasons why.

Granted, the top she’d been wearing last night had been tight and meant to entice, definitely not the sort of thing for wandering about half asleep in, and even if he hadn’t torn it the night before she’d have far preferred the soft shirt that carried his scent.

Plutt’s thugs had caught her at the end of the long day spent scavenging, exhausted and starved and stepping up to trade what she’d found for whatever the blobfish would give her. Despite her best efforts she couldn’t stop them from dragging her into the tent set up to prepare the women, and men, they occasionally gave up to the First Order in exchange for leaving Niima Outpost alone, or just to especially vile smugglers who were willing to pay.

It wasn’t necessarily the first time someone had wanted to claim her – Plutt had wanted to own her, and she’d always quietly known that sooner or later he would have decided to follow through on it had she not left – but this was different.

It makes her skin feel hot and her heartbeat feel impossibly loud, and she wants to make him repeat it over and over until it’s all but etched onto her for everyone to see. Until she forgets what it’s like to be unwanted, left with not even a token of what she might have once belonged to.

It makes her press into him, tilting her face just so, allowing her lips to brush against his collar bone and for his scent to surround her. (She wonders if he can feel her heartbeat too, how it seems to speed up at his declaration.) Even better than being his, she knows that he is hers.
