Scott did as he was told, more out of a panicked confusion than actual obedience. Then when the masonry crashes right where Scott would have been does he let out a yelp of shock and horror. Holy shit that could’ve been me!
He looks at the projection in amazement and some fear, clearly trying to recover from what just happened.
“Th-thank you. Thank you! You - you saved my life.” @benevolentgodloki
Your clarification definitely helps. I've followed you a while and love most of your content but I have had the impression generally you don't like Sylki so I've blacklisted your anti Sylki stuff. I also know people have unfollowed because of perceived anti sylki stuff and I think in the end it's the fatigue of seeing how aggressive fandom has been about it. In my tiny window I never see anti Lokius. I like Lokius but some members of fandom actually put me off it. I'm sorry it's been impacting without you intending to have a side! Hopefully more people can enjoy your Sylvie content too.
I will tell you a secret. I personally don’t even really care about Sylki that much. I just make the anti jokes because I think they’re funny, you know? if people don’t like that and want to unfollow, that’s completely fine by me
it’s also funny that you have the experience of never seeing anti-Lokius, while I have actually unfollowed and blocked Sylki shippers a couple of times, because they were so overly aggressive about the pairing and being anti-Lokius is a part of their brand.
… actually that’s not funny at all, is it? just means both sides contain some real assholes, you can’t escape it, and “ship and let ship” is truly dead
I personally feel very content shipping sylkius, because it solves the entire problem. more people should do it, it’s great!

Tony didn't know whether to be angry or confused as he sit in the most uncomfortable orange plastic chair, with his hands manacled together and stuck in what he could only assume was an interrogation room. Burnt orange and beige lined the walls in a way that reminded the Iron Man of an old 70s office building, though something about the place felt both retro and out of time all at once and that alone seemed to match who his kidnappers may have been.
The logo on his jumpsuit read TVA and everything about the place had been branded with hourglasses and mentions of timelines as if they were run of the mill work for these individuals. 'For all Time. Always.' Had been plastered onto the bottom of an insignia on the marble floors of a circular chamber he had been walked through. The Avenger was able to make one logical conclusion, these people thought they were Time Cops. Any other day Tony would have made a slew of references and jokes about it but in his current predicament that may have been more of a hinderance than help.
Instead the Iron Man does what he always knows is reliable in cases where he needs more information, he kicks his feet up on the table, lays his head back to stare at the ceiling in faux disinterest and waits for someone to lord what he wants to know over his head and slowly make them reveal it to him. Being annoying as hell and uninterested tended to rub those in positions of "authority" the wrong way and it made him laugh every single time.
"I'm not talking till I get a lawyer. I know my rights." He doesn't even bother to look towards the person as they walk in, his voice monotone in its slow drawl as he occupies himself with counting the lights above him.
👀 (I slipped)
send 👀 for a dirty thought and/or fantasy my muse has had about yours.
So are you asking if I ever exercise my impressive imagination in your general direction, or if said imaginary scenarios are a little more targeted? Since you haven't bothered to visit in person, it would serve you right if I didn't let you in on any of my scandalous secrets, whether they feature you or not.
But...I'm feeling generous. And shameless, so I guess I'll share with the group.
You pop up in here often enough that I've come to associate this place — my workshop — with you. Which is a bullshit psychological motivator for something that I already wanted in the first place, but that's how the mind works. I feel safe here, and though it kind of pisses me off, since you're not actually here anyway, by default you feel safe, too. Unwise, I know. Believe me, I am aware. But it's where we're at.
And you're not skipping right to the racy section of this novel, you haven't earned it. So, PG it is. But I will admit to entertaining a few fantasies involving you, a worktable, part or all of a suit and probably a lockdown to avoid spectators. I'm an exhibitionist, sure, but I can't see how I would feel inclined to ever share you.

It's a funny thing: part of him feels entirely checked-out of the present as he contines to stare at the well-kept frontage of the house which should be his own; the echo of a life unlived. Part of him ruminates on the concept of the present itself: a whole new perspective to what lays before him. The draw is inescapable, but that doesn't make it without its own concerns.
A regular life on a timeline. Huh. This is gonna take some getting used to, after all. Never mind the crushing spectire of his own mortality to consider, he's got to start from scratch. Didn't even think to ask for a returement bonus from the TVA to kickstart himself, either. Still, Mobius doesn't dwell on the particulars as he remains watching the house: after everything they'd been through, it would be a piece of pie. Only thing to work out is gonna be how to fill his days. He'd always expected work to fill the hours, after all.
There isn't time to reflect on excitement, as it arrives mere moments after the thought drifts through his head as though an unconscious prayer answered. He doesn't turn to look at Loki yet, though impulse screams at him to seize the guy and ask fifty questions about who when and how; to understand the context of what had unfolded at the truest level and ask if more needs to be done. The urge burns in him, but something keeps his glassy gaze fixed on one of the bikes abandoned out front. He'll have to move soon: he knows he'd want to take it into the garage before it gets dark.
"Not who," he says at last, when the brief silence has become unbearable. In spite of bubbling emotions, his speech remains, as ever, laconic in delivery. "More like what."
Finally he turns to look up and Loki, and for all he fights to keep an inscrutible expression on his face, they have come a long way since interrogations at the TVA. "A what such as for you to tell me what gave you the right to go pull a stunt like that without checking it with us first, huh?" The crooked smile returns at long last. "You were holding out on us the entire time or what? How are you..?"
