☆ No one is entirely sure how the two of you got together, or even how the two of you met. Sanzu ends up being even more confused every single time he asks because Muto’s and your explanation are different.

☆ It takes five years before the truth finally unravels itself. Sanzu still chuckles at the memory.

☆ Speaking of Sanzu, you would have his number as one of your emergency contacts. Muto introduced the two of you just in case something happens to him or if something happens to you and he wouldn’t be around.

☆ More often than not, Sanzu had third-wheeled in your dates. (You aren’t quite sure if it’s a coincidence or if Mucho needs moral support.)

☆ Sanzu would let you sit beside him when you’re nervous about something related to Muto. The two of you are dedicated to him so you get along well.

↠ Muto sometimes worries that you’ll start to act more like Sanzu—both the violence, silence, and almost-mindless obedience. It doesn’t happen though. You’re still as talkative and as excited as always after you hang out with Sanzu.

☆ Muto is more of a listener. He loves listening to you comment about the most random things. Sanzu, on the other hand, lowkey goes insane at how much you talk his ear off.

☆ If you aren’t a fighter (or even if you are), Muto prefers to have you far away from any of his Toman life. The only person you know from Toman other than him is Sanzu. You wouldn't recognize a Toman member even if they walk pass you in broad daylight. That's how much he keeps that part of his life away from you.

☆ He doesn’t really like sharing Toman information with you, not wanting to endanger you. Sanzu tells you though (that traitor lol). You never did tell Muto about it, not wanting him to fight with Sanzu since he takes your safety seriously.

☆ Your dates are usually simple because Muto thinks that the location isn’t important, it’s the person who he is with. Even if he says that, you find the dates romantic: picnic dates, stargazing, movies, even library and cafe dates.

☆ He holds your hand with your fingers interlaced. When you swing it to and fro, he would only smile then try to cover it up after, not knowing that you've already seen it.

☆ Muto would always make sure that he has a day free on the week so that he can spend it with you.

☆ When he has free time, he would accompany you in shopping (be it clothes or grocery). He carries all of the bags with one hand, your hand on the other.

☆ He lives alone so the two of you usually hang out in his apartment.

☆ Muto prefers texting than calling. The texts are always so simple and formal with proper punctuation and capitalization which scares you sometimes.

☆ He texts you when he gets home from a Toman meeting or fight (but doesn’t get into details), reminds you to sleep and eat, also asks you to text him if you got home safely. You only ever call when there’s an emergency and he does the same so if his phone starts ringing, he would immediately be tense and worried.

☆ Muto is a little more withdrawn when something is off so you’ll instantly know. He doesn’t need cuddles nor excessive loving, he only wants you to be by his side to listen to him when he finally feels like talking about it.

☆ He prefers keeping it all to himself so he could deal with it alone but always changes his mind when you give him that look.

☆ You would probably be buying a snack in a konbini and he would go, “Don’t you like (snack name) better?” Because he remembers you talking about it in passing before and he had noticed you usually buy that.

☆ Muto will be more mature but you would have to be more responsible—especially when it comes to his health.

☆ Because of his diligence, he often forgets to eat despite always reminding you to. Sometimes, there’s even blood on his sleeves that he forgets to wash off and you’d have to pry and do it for him because he usually waves it off.

☆ When someone hits on you, he would try to talk to them first and make sure that they know you’re already taken.

☆ When that doesn’t work, he would lead you away before physically confronting this person.

☆ Other than that, the two of you live separate lives and that’s alright. Muto loves his privacy and he thinks that you need it as well. Though he isn’t afraid to forcefully insert himself in your problems when he thinks that it’s too much for you—it isn’t frequent since he trusts you so much but it happened once or twice before when someone was bothering you and you can’t shake them off.
