Right Hand of Hades

[SYNOPSIS] ˚⁀➷｡ ran, rindou, sanzu, takeomi, kakucho, mikey and izana being asked by their children how babies are made.

[NOTES] ˚⁀➷｡ reader is implied to be fem, reader is called “mother”, “mommy” etc. this was so fun to write!!! thank you anon for requesting <3 also, i used tenjiku&bonten characters but everything’s taking place in the final timeline.

Izana as a boy dad!

🟎 Broke down in tears when you told him. (First time you've ever seen him cry btw) I'm talking, snot coming out of his nose, falling to his knees, and thanking you as if you saved his life, kind of crying.

🟎Cleared out his home gym and made it into a nursery with zero hesitation. He's already decided on what the theme will be. Baby clothes assorted by size, color, and material.

🟎The whole house is baby-proofed; he's not taking any chances. It's a bit of an inconvenience, though. Sometimes you don't know how the gadgets work and spend forever trying to get them off. Mikey decided he wasn't gonna bother with those things anymore and just started ripping them off. (He isn't allowed inside anymore.)

🟎 Though Kakucho and the others already would, he made them swear on their lives that they'd take care of you and the baby if anything ever happens to him.

🟎He'll stay in the bathroom while you bathe. He's worried that your water will break and you won't notice.

🟎 At the hospital, he won't leave your side, not even for a second. Even when you're screaming at him and digging your nails into his skin.

🟎 When your son cries for the first time, so does he. It's a cry of relief, happiness, and a little bit of fear. He believes that this is his chance to do it right. To give his child the love he never got, to make sure that your baby knows that they're loved and never doubt it.

🟎 Watches the nurses like a hawk. When they take him to get cleaned up, he follows them and watches them the whole time. He's heard all about babies being switched at birth or nurses mistreating the babies when they cry.

🟎 No visitors. Visitors = outside germs. He won't be having any of that.

🟎 It's also for the sake of you and your healing process. He wants it to just be you, him, and the baby for a while, his little family living in their own world.

🟎 Carries the baby everywhere. Doesn't matter if he's just going across the room or not; the baby will be in his arms. He's scared he'll disappear if he's not with him.

🟎 The nursery was kinda pointless because he practically moved the baby into the room. He couldn't stand the thought of his son sleeping alone, thinking his parents didn't want him around.

🟎 He woke you up in the middle of the night, telling you that something was wrong with the baby. His feet were cold. That's it.

🟎 Matching outfits. Suits, sweaters, sneakers, jewelry, anything you can think of. Forget the fact that you carried him for nine months; that's Izana's mini-me.

🟎 He wants to be there for everything. First giggle, first smile, first word, first sneeze, he has to be there. And he will be, with his camera ready.

🟎 He won't let anyone other than Shin, Emma, and Kakucho hold the baby. Everyone else is an incompetent germ-covered fool.

🟎 The first time the baby rolls over, he's panicking. Next thing you know, he'll be able to run around the house and get himself hurt.

🟎 You had to stop him from picking up your son every time he tumbled over while trying to walk. He'd never learn how if Izana holds him up the entire time.

🟎He'll tuck him, read him a book, and kiss his forehead every night, no matter how tired he is

🟎Wants his son to be independent, yet he never gives him the chance to be. He thinks if he isn't there for him at every hour of the day, your son will feel he doesn't love him. So he's torn between "Though love" and "Coddling."

🟎 When the time comes for your son to start school, he's a nervous wreck. He's been bullied and ostracized before, and he's terrified for that to happen to his son.

🟎 He's in tears as he watches your baby walk into that classroom; the teacher ended up having to comfort him. You had to stop him from checking him out early multiple times, and at the end of the day, he's sitting outside the school thirty minutes early to pick him up.

🟎 First haircut, he does it himself. He would rather die than trust a stranger with sharp tools around his son.

🟎 He's picky when it comes to playgrounds. He doesn't like the ones with woodchips or the ones with metal slides. "This one's too close to the road." "That one has too many big kids on it." "He can't play on this one, it's made out of wood."

🟎 He'll literally hover over him to make sure that he doesn't fall over, unintentionally scaring the other kids away, then he wonders why no one wants to play with your son.

🟎 He brings him to work with him every day after school. He wants his son to appreciate what he has and be grateful. (The kids at the orphanage are like his siblings now.)

🟎 At a parent-teacher conference. He somehow managed to gaslight the teacher and other parents into believing your son was completely innocent after he bit another student. You don't know how he did it, but he did.

🟎 He's always checking the car seat buckle over a hundred times before going anywhere.

🟎 He's got one of those keepsake boxes with baby teeth and locks of hair.

note: enemies (?) to lovers, reader dislikes izana (or does she) :p translations posted below but i advise reading the entire fic first <33 

“ang ganda mo talaga.” izana says and you stop in your tracks, looking at him with a glare. “what the fuck did you just say to me?” izana only smiles, walking away. 

you turn to look at rindou who was raising a brow at the event that just happened. “can you believe that guy?!” you said, feeling annoyed. 

rindou shrugs. “i don’t think he did anything wrong, you just hate him.” you sighed, pissed off. 

“i don’t hate him. i just don’t like that he keeps talking in his other language behind my back, i mean, who knows what he’s been saying!” you explain. “he might have been calling me dumb!” rindou snickers at your statement. 

“i don’t think izana needs to speak filipino to call you dumb.” “what’s that supposed to mean?!” rindou says nothing and you almost want to whack him across the face with ran’s baton. 

“all i’m saying is, you’re overthinking it.” rindou assures before he stands up and walks away, presumably walking towards his brother. 

you scoff, glaring daggers at the tenjiku’s leader’s back. 

“you don’t get it, kakucho!” you rant to the scarred man who looked like he wanted to be anywhere else. you’ve been going at it for the past 15 minutes just because izana graced your presence a little while ago. 

“ang ganda ng ngiti mo, sana lagi ka nalang nakangiti.” izana winks, a smirk on his face but you misinterpret that as him being condescending. to be fair, izana said no word to you but barged in you and kakucho’s conversation. hence why you and kakucho’s topic shifted from gangs to the tenjiku leader himself. 

“you’re overthinking it, (y/n).” kakucho tries to calm you down, but to no avail. 

your nose flared, a sharp inhale followed as you seemed to be getting pissed. “that’s what rindou said the other day. god damn, were all of you briefed about his stupid language? why do all of you keep saying that?!” kakucho says nothing, not wanting to reveal what his boss meant. 

in all honesty, kakucho grew up so close to izana that he himself could speak a few phrases, he knew what izana was saying but it wasn’t his place to play translator for you. 

“aha!” you snap, as if you had the greatest idea, kakucho looked at you but said nothing, waiting for you to continue “what if i learn to speak the language?” kakucho couldn’t help the snort that came out of his mouth, and you looked at him as if he offended your entire bloodline. 

“sorry, sorry.” kakucho waves his hand in dismissal, “but you do know that a translator app exists, right?” a gasp left your lips at kakucho’s suggestion. 

“oh my god, you’re so right.” 

kakucho knew it wasn’t his place to meddle, but it didn’t mean he wouldn’t give you ideas. 

it was about time you knew what the hell izana was saying anyways 

the next time you saw izana, you had your phone ready, the translator app’s microphone option was turned on and you were anticipating what the tanned male would say. 

“oi, izana!” the tanned male looked back at you with an unimpressed face, eyebrow raised in question. 

your hands were behind your back, phone tucked away to hide from his violet eyes. 

“what?” 

“how’s my outfit?” you twirled playfully, wanting to hear a snarky comment because you knew that the fit you wore for today looked ridiculous. it had no styling whatsoever and the colors did not mesh in any way, making you look like a hot mess. 

izana gave you an up-down, eyes calculating, probably finding the words to say before he looks at you with a smile– that you couldn’t tell whether it was sarcastic or what. 

“kahit ano isuot mo, maganda ka parin.” “no matter what you wear, you still look beautiful.”

shit. your phone blared out. you forgot to adjust the setting and the app kept repeating the translation. 

your face burned at the blatant exposure of your plans, only to hear izana chuckle. 

“if you wanted to know what it meant, you could’ve just said so.” “that’s bullshit! you wouldn’t tell me what you meant.” izana smiles as he takes a step closer to you. 

“ang cute mo pag nagagalit ka.” “you’re so cute when you’re mad.” 

“w-what?” 

izana sighs, as if he were disappointed. “i thought i could keep up the teasing longer.” he says before he looks you in the eye. 

“ngayon, liligawan na kita ha? bawal humindi ♡.” “now, i’m going to court you, alright? you can’t say no. ♡” god you hated how deep his voice was in a different language. it does things to you that you do not want to explain.

but you couldn’t find it in you to say no either. not that you wanted to in the first place. 

guess kakucho's plan worked out because now he can stop hearing izana fawn about you in two languages. (oh how wrong he was)

EMMA: what do you mean izana is mental?

Y/N: I mean he’s insane, your whole family is.

MIKEY: how so?

Y/n: hes like a dog and wants to give me his findings, so like a dog would give there bone to there owner, he gives me his enemies heads.

SHINICHIRO: what?

Y/N: no cause, he will smile and be all happy about it to, you people seem to think this is some great gift.

MIKEY: you cannot be for real!

Y/N: yeah but atleast i say thank you to izana when he gives me some guys arm, you shits are so rude.

SHINICHIRO: how?

MIKEY: wth do you mean rude?

Y/n: I respect you guys loads, so cause idk what to do with the things he gives me, I keep em in the boxes he gives me in, and leave em outside your house, you never say thank you to me, how rude.

SHINICHIRO: …

MIKEY: …

EMMA: THAT WAS YOU?!?!??

Y/N: Yeah! But no thank you.

🖤 Mikey (Manjiro Sano)

At first, he’s smug. Real smug.

“That’s my kid,” he grins, watching them reach for the throttle with wide eyes.

He sets them on the seat and tells them, very seriously, “One day, this beast is yours.”

Then pauses.

“…After you turn 25 and never crash like Uncle Baji.”

He walks around the house whispering to the bike like it’s a second child: “Don’t corrupt them yet. Let them be pure a little longer.”

🛠️ Draken (Ken Ryuguji)

Tries to play it cool, but his soft smile gives him away when his kid calls the bike “so shiny.”

He picks them up, props them on the seat, and lets them pretend to ride.

“That’s the clutch. That’s the brake. You don’t touch either unless I’m watching.”

He catches them sneaking into the garage once and gives them a helmet that’s too big.

“If you're gonna be into bikes, you're gonna do it right. Safety first, mini me.”

💛 Takemichi Hanagaki

Panic.

So much panic.

“T-That’s a really dangerous thing, sweetheart! You don’t want to be like Daddy!”

His child just blinks and goes, “But it’s cool!”

He melts.

Ends up giving a full (slightly inaccurate) explanation of each part while internally freaking out.

“We can take pictures with it! No riding till you're older though! MUCH older!”

🐾 Chifuyu Matsuno

He’s shocked but excited.

“You wanna learn? I’ll teach you! But like… baby steps.”

Buys them a tiny model motorcycle to build together.

Tells them stories of Baji and his first ride with sparkles in his eyes.

Ends up sitting on the garage floor with them for hours explaining every detail of the engine.

“This one? She’s family.”

🔥 Baji Keisuke

Grins like a devil when his kid shows interest.

“Hell yeah you do! You’ve got good taste, just like your old man.”

Immediately lifts them onto the seat. No hesitation.

Lets them rev it once and laughs when they flinch at the roar.

“Don’t worry. You’ll be tearing down the street in no time.”

Gives Draken a wink: “We’re raising a biker gang, huh?”

👑 Izana Kurokawa

He stares at them for a long moment, unreadable.

Then quietly walks over, kneels down, and asks, “Do you like it because it’s loud or because it’s fast?”

They reply: “Because it’s yours.”

He’s stunned into silence.

Ends up giving them his old riding gloves. “You can’t ride yet. But these are yours. Earn the rest.”

He would totally respect the girl's parents, despite that, he would never let anything happen to her.

He would pick her up at home secretly, being as discreet as possible so that her parents wouldn't find out about his encounters.

He would give the girl a "spare" cell phone for the times when her parents take his cell phone.

He would defend her from any toxic or abusive situations coming from her parents.

If things got worse at the girl's house, he would take her out of that house without thinking twice.

𝐈𝐳𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐊𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐤𝐚𝐰𝐚

Izana would certainly be extremely irritated by the girl's parents' behavior.

He always picks her up at home when the situation is not good.

He definitely wouldn't mind taking the girl away if the situation simply got worse.

He wouldn't show an ounce of respect or consideration for the girl's parents since he knows exactly how toxic they are.

"Who the fuck do they think they are to treat you like that?" He would say when he heard the girl's outbursts about her parents.

𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐣𝐢𝐫𝐨 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐨

"... What the fuck do they think they're doing?" He would say that when he heard y/n reveal what her parents do and how restrictive they are.

Manjiro wouldn't give a damn about what her parents thought of them together and at no time would he respect the restrictions imposed on the girl.

He would take her to his house or to any place extremely far from her parents.

He would certainly be careful with the girl, allowing her to have the freedom to do whatever she wanted as long as it wasn't any harmful behavior.

"It's okay now." He would say for now when they were far enough away from all that.

𝐊𝐚𝐳𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐚 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐲𝐚

Kazutora wouldn't think twice about disrespecting the girl's parents if they were making her subject to silly restrictions.

He would take her away from her parents.

"As long as I'm here, no one will hurt you, are we okay like this?" Kazutora would say as he took the girl to his house.

He would be extremely affectionate, he would give all the hospitality in the world to make the girl feel at home.

Kazutora would not allow the girl to have any kind of contact with her parents after everything that happened.

𝐑𝐚𝐧 𝐇𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐢

He simply would not care about the opinion of the girl's parents about him.

"I don't give a damn about what they think or don't think about us, you're mine now." He would say to comfort the girl.

Ran would certainly take her to live in his house, completely distancing her from her parents.

He would be attentive, always making the girl feel at ease.

Ran would no longer allow the girl's parents to have any kind of control over her.

𝐑𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐮 𝐇𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐢

"What the hell kind of parents are these?" He would be completely incredulous at the behavior of the girl's parents when he heard her venting.

He wouldn't give the girl's parents the slightest respect, he simply wouldn't care about their existence.

He would take the girl to live with him.

Rin would take care of her as much as possible so that she would be well and forget the traumas that her toxic parents caused her.

He would never let her parents get close to him again.

Sanzu already imagined that y/n's situation at home was not the best because of her extremely restrictive parents, for this reason, he always avoided seeing them.

He would certainly take her away from her parents without caring about any consequences.

Haruchiyo would be as understanding as possible and would appear calm in front of the girl despite getting really upset when he heard all her outbursts.

He would never let her parents get close again.

He would make her feel free to be whoever she wanted and would support her in everything.

"I don't give a damn about what your parents think of me, they're fucking annoying." It would definitely be something he would say without thinking twice about y/n's parents.

He would continue with the girl even if her parents created prohibitions.

He would defend the girl from any reprisals.

Hanma is not the type of person who respects ignorant people, so he simply wouldn't give a damn about y/n's parents' conservatism.
