fuckkk. i just finished chapter 5 and the ending just broke me like I can't fucking do this today. I know it was implied at the start of the chapter that she maybe spent the night in there.. but like calling it her "home".. the implication that castletown is the only place where she feels secure and safe and happy. and i think the only other lightners who she felt the same around at this point is kris and noelle but if noelle lives with her they can be happy together forever and kris can visit whenever they want.. aughbhb and that explains why she was so protective when flowery suggested that they could keep his world instead of their world... its an interesting parallel to ralsei not seeing herself as a "real person" compared to susie mostly only really caring about darkners. I haven't finished her fight but its almost the exact same with Pink but instead of relating to pink and connecting to her in that regard she calls her out on that which leads to the fight. kinda reminds me of the flowery/ralsei parallels..... in conclusion...poor baby. i am just so worried for her

ALSO still completly confuzzled by the implication that Kris was able to talk to Seth before entering this lightworld and agree to give them berdly's feather... like did they open it before?? or what.

finally got to meet the mikes and damn?? the spamton parallels?? the way that 2 of them almost have identical themes to him and the third has the same eyes and not to mention the way theyre all from cat petters(?)
