I’m going to preface this post by saying that I’m posting this because I’m appalled by the fact Jeremy had to make this video, and this is my way of showing solidarity. Jeremy is, in my opinion, a great person who’s become a pariah among the MtG community because he’s very passionate and outspoken about his views, which are different from the majority view of the Magic community. As a result, he’s been ostracized by TCC, MTAcast, and TMS, who refuse to have anything to do with him. It’s pretty sad, considering that he’s a mtg youtuber who makes videos simply because it’s a hobby, and not to purposely make money. And yes, some of his comments on twitter may have been unwarranted, but nobody’s perfect. Anyway, I don’t necessarily agree with all of his views, but he shouldn’t be punished for standing up for what he believes in. It’s also sad that there are people who would remain subscribed to his channel just to thumbs-down his videos and tell him to kill himself.

Closing remarks: I’m really glad stuff like this doesn’t happen (at least that I’ve seen) on the Tumblr MtG community.
