Walls are going up at the #mtgeorgeproject. Will be done next week the walls if the weather would decide to cooperate. Extremely happy how the #advantechsubfloor is holding up through the weather. Because of the weather patterns we decided not to install the underfloor insulation and install the advantech subfloor. Framing is moving right along on the #mtgeorgeproject. We typically over design the floor system to alleviate as much #deflection as possible. As movement is inherently bad for squeaks and especially tile flooring.
