Brunswick Landing property sales update: We have closed on the sale of 179 Neptune Street, the "Night Flight" Building 516 with its three banquet halls, discotheque and massive deck, and a small lot to Affordable Midcoast Housing. We also closed a deal on Lot 31 with the Priority Real Estate Group. It will be interesting to see how these properties are redeveloped.
We're removing about 1 mile of the outer security fence along Bath Road and will be replacing it with a new wooden guard rail.
