Gio wasn’t a big fan of football—or a small one either, for what matters, but he did enjoy the setting of a crowded bar with cute guys getting all rowdy and into the game which is the only reason why he even suggested putting up with a crowd. That and, wings were half price!
He texted Felix as soon as he got to the bar, grinning as he saw his old friend walk in and taking off his hat from the stool next to him, a place keeper he had been receiving scowls over. “Step into my office.” He chimed, calling the bartender and ordering Felix his go-to drink. It helped when you knew someone for as long as they knew each other, even if he was still pissed Felix hadn’t told him he had a chance with him back in High School until now! “You look like you have seen better days, shit. Let’s change that. Drink up.”
