So first off you might be asking yourself "Why???" Lots of reasons. Mainly because i like making my fave characters in a series omegas and partially because there's only mpreg shingou fics with Gregory knocked up and I'm just like "why not our resident girl dad? 🤷🏾‍♂️". And just like how i was with KenMayu i vow to be the change i want to see in the world.

So like the fic is mainly through Manfred's pov so i have most things about his character in this AU planned out.

Basically Manfred is a male omega who has, for the most part, kept it a secret from public with only two people, Winner and Gant, actually knowing the truth. The reason he kept it a secret was because in this AU, omegas were initially barred from practicing law when Manfred was growing up. This was quite a blow to both his father, who no longer had someone to continue the prosecutor lineage in Germany as both his kids are omegas, and Manfred who was hoping to take up the mantle from his father.

It should be noted that Manfred presenting as an omega but a huge strain on his relationship with his father which was never really resolved.

Anyway, Manfred is determined to be a prosecutor for a variety of reasons and to circumvent the restriction, he heads to America with his wife, Adelinde, and registers as an alpha there. Under the guise of an alpha he becomes a star prosecutor :3 He does still have his two daughters, Dana and Franziska, and Adelinde does eventually pass away sadly.

Gregory ties into this because one day after a case, he comes across Manfred in the beginning stages of his heat. Being an alpha himself, Gregory knew he couldn't just leave Manfred on his own vulnerable like that so he offers to take him back home. One thing leads to another and lets just say Gregory made Manfred's heat very bearable XD

Problem is that now they're stuck with a 9 month long problem as a result XD

That's the extreme short explanation of the WIP . I'm trying not to ramble or basically rewrite the fic here

Fan characters to note:

Adelinde - Manfred's late wife. She was a childhood friend of Manfred and his alpha. She grew up on a farm but never really wanted to do it as a career. She became a literature professor when they moved to America. Personality wise she was pretty feisty and loud spoken. She frequently butted heads with others and was quick to shut down nonsense. As a professor she students both loved and dreaded her classes. Manfred loved her dearly and misses her everyday though he would never vocalize that out loud.

Dana - Adelinde and Manfred's first daughter. Shes 9-10 years older than Franziska and is every way a prodigy like Franziska, just not in law. Dana finds the whole field rather boring and instead pursues following in her mother's footstep instead. She loves to read and is determined to read anything and everything that comes in front of her whether it is fiction or not. Manfred doesn't really care that she isn't interested in law especially since Franziska is, he's just happy shes smart too.

Neuer - Born for the wonderful mind of @mayuris-basement-dweller , He's Manfred's older brother who is also an omega. He's also divorced.😔 He currently runs a farm himself and is like the opposite of Manfred personality wise in some way and exactly the same in others. We're still fleshing him out though XD

I'm still working on it and fleshing it out as you can see. I didn't even go over everything I have planned here just to save time and face. But uhhh if anyone has any more questions about it feel free to ask me.

In conclusion:

“Well?”

Dean rolled his eyes, grimacing as he cupped his heavy stomach and tried to shift his weight again, sighing when he managed to work a pillow into submission under his shoulder. 

After a moment, a small laughter escaped the Alpha. “Better?” he asked, and Dean knew the smug dick was preening because, yeah, that seventh pillow really had done wonders and was supporting his lower back nicely.

But he wasn’t going to let Castiel think that.

“You wanna make yourself useful and get me somethin’ to eat?”

“Of course. What would you like?”

“Coffee.”

“That’s not food. And you can’t have any until you’re done nursing.”

Dean glared at the Alpha, and Castiel met his gaze steadily. “I hate you,” he grumbled, and let out another irritated growl when Castiel laughed and settled himself back into place along Dean’s side. He had his head on Dean’s shoulder, and one hand flattened, big and warm, along his stomach. Dean was too uncomfortable to wear shirts nowadays, he was sensitive and nothing fit right anymore.

Dean let out another grumble, purely for show, and settled down when Castiel started to pet over his stomach, a soft purr rumbling in his chest that went a long way to soothing Dean’s frayed nerves.

“Are you just gonna sit here and pet me all day?” he asked.

“I think so,” Castiel replied, somewhat smug. “You’re purring.”

“Am not!” But there was so denying the little rumble in his throat. It was definitely a purr. Fuck.

“I can get you food, if you’re actually hungry and not just trying to get me to move again so that you can complain.”

Damn it. Castiel could always see right through him. Dean huffed, shifting in place again, and yanked one of the softer blankets up over his shoulders. “No, I’m actually fuckin’ comfortable for once.”

Castiel hummed. “You’re welcome.”

“I didn’t thank you.”

“Nevertheless.”

Dean rolled his eyes and Castiel lifted his head. He could smell how happy Castiel was, his victor-Alpha scent meshing nicely with the sweet, cinnamon-scent he got whenever he was happy.

“You’re a smug dick,” he muttered, but accepted the kiss Castiel pressed to his forehead, then his cheek, and finally his lips. It was chaste and gentle and Dean purred louder for a brief second.

“I love you, too,” Castiel replied.

“I want another pillow.”
