What’s this you say ..... 3 days until our fringe show start ..... as the welsh would say “oh cach” Actor Jimmy Johnson , actress Andrea Linhova and actress Kirsty Peacock, are rehearsing furiously now , providing a very very funny welsh narrated play with lots of humorous characters and stories from all regions of the world! “We want people to walk in, sit down, and have fun for an hour without worrying that they’ll be force fed our poorly researched politics or our abysmal attempts at “earth-shatteringly original” improv comedy,” he says. “And maybe they’ll indulge in the kinds of dark thoughts we’ll highlight in the play. A big part of the show is making people feel they’re not alone in having a dark side. Everyone has a strange twist, a secret, or even a shameful past they keep hidden from the world. We’re just hoping it’s not quite as weird as what I’ve written. If it is, we’ll put it in the sequel!” Choking to Death on a Currant Bun will be showing every day of the Fringe at 3.30pm at The Space on North Bridge.
