Ian Gomez aka Mr. Walker is on this episode of Lost and it makes my childhood self so happy. And if you don't know who Mr. Walker is then I'm sorry your childhood was so shitty.

okay well this is going to sound weird kinda maybe okay so there’s this teacher in my school and he teaches english (sophomores or juniors i don’t really know) and i dont know what but there’s just something about him and i really want to get to know him better??? its not like i like him or he’s cute or something ((he’s kind of old)) but me and him have the same mindset about everything like okay for instance a while back i stayed after school to watch a movie for a class and it was extra credit and he just so happened to be the teacher there and after the movie was over, we all talked and he just sounded so intelligent and he connected it to his like personal life and just wow i don’t even know like there’s something there i just want to find out so bad and another instance like eight students out of my whole high school got chosen to do this committee and like 20 teachers or so and like we were in the library and he happened to be there and like there was a poll thing and a question was “what do you think the most important 21st century skill is?” and the options were “information/media literacy, communication and collaboration, critical thinking and problem solving, creativity and innovation, self direction” and i chose self direction. and when the poll closed, the results were on the board and it showed that only two people in the whole room chose self direction and it was me and that teacher. and we talked about it and we brought up really nice valid points and shit and were building up in each others info and such. so lunch time came around and food was served there in the library and i went up a little bit later so there isnt any traffic and while i was eating, i was standing alone and that teacher came up to me and we talked for like 20 minutes and wow i really wish i had him there’s just something about him i dont even know and like today his class was skyping with someone who studies feminism or something along those lines and it judt really makes me feel good that he has such an open mind about everything i cannot stress this enough okay sorry lmao thats it
