It’s funny to think of everyone being like “you matter” “your life matters” oh boy if they only knew the utter insignificance of my life. I’ll always be the placeholder friend, the placeholder girlfriend, the placeholder daughter, hell even the placeholder granddaughter. To think I got replaced as the only daughter/granddaughter at age 10. HA! A lot of time I don’t even think of myself as the main character in my own story because the main character has to have an inciting incident and they have to actually be moving the plot forward and I can’t even do that. So I’m like the placeholder in my own story. Like when can I just die and the real main character take my place?!
