Somebody Else's Guy| Open Plot
It was another long night at the Magic Carpet, the same usual drunks, perverts and the like. The regulars who frequented the dance floor. The pretty girls in search of a guy to take home for the night. But there was one person she hadn’t expected to see, her ex, strolling casually up the sidewalk arm in arm with his new flame. The wounds proved to still be fresh, as she felt a deep aching pain, causing her to clutch her chest. Plastering a fake smile on her face, she nodded courteously at them as she checked their IDs then lifted the velvet rope for them to walk through. She refused to let him see her cry, refused to let her emotions be known. He didn’t deserve to know his effect on her, lord knows he would do something worse to her if he found out. So she swallowed the pump in her throat, along with all her burning anger and pain. But the entire time, he barely glanced at her, no smile or anything, his arm tightening around the other woman’s slim shoulders. Jisoo felt a headache coming on, the familiar pounding was something she had gotten used to. But all she knew was that she had to get out of there no matter what. Taking a quick glance to make sure her manager was occupied, Jisoo felt her feet lunge forward, practically skimming over the pavement. She wasn’t sure how long she ran for, but suddenly found herself in front of a small bench. Allowing herself to collapse on it, Jisoo broke out in deep heavy sobs, not even realizing that she wasn’t alone.
