What a day!!!! The first MOVING FORWARD Workshop was a smash! Getting clear with intentions through journaling and sharing exercises. Making visual tools for moving forward with those intentions. Feeling it. Getting specific. Being real. Having conversations that will stay with all of us for a long time. Playing. Art for all. Mothers and daughters, old friends and new, sistering at its best.
