#moving hell

Today has been the longest day of my life and it's not even finished yet. 😭

i'm so anxious house-hunting is hell my landlord should just let me squat here until the house falls apart around me. i have until june to get out, i've been looking for a place since february, and i have an offer i have to make a decision about before the end of the week. i can take the bachelors apartment that's super close to work and shopping where they've made a special allowance to keep my cat there even though the building usually doesn't allow pets. my cat is not quiet, i am anxious about the neighbors getting annoyed about this. this place is tiny and i will have to get rid of or store a lot of furniture i'd like to keep. move in would be may first, which would be a scramble but the place i'm at now is giving us may for free so i can get my things over slowly if i need to. my other option is to decline the offer and wait to see if my application is accepted for a much larger 1 bedroom slightly farther away but still in walking distance to work and shopping, in a cat friendly building, for only $150 more than the bachelors. it would be for a june 1st move which would give me enough lead time to schedule PTO to do the move, but also if i don't get the place idk what options will be available to me.
