Thought of this for my lmk oc biya, wrote it out on discord but wanted to post this little ramble here as well.
Okay, so I randomly found a song that encompasses one of my Monkie kid ocs biya when she’s learning to use her powers and discovers her own little dreamscape she can go to when she goes into a deep sleep. Like it’s a physical place her soul can go to rest for a little bit while her physical body remains asleep (which is something her older sisters are able to do as a way to form of recharging their abilities and calming their inner beast from going on a rampage after a battle). Basically like a pocket dimension/realm/liminal she can go to and mold to her liking.
A place where she can feel completely safe and clear her mind.
Each space is different for her and her sisters and her sisters have lived for hundreds of years as immortals. So their dreamscapes would be vastly different and more complex than biya’s
Biyas is simply just a huge flower filled forest. Clearings, colorful flora, tons of tall trees, crystal clear water. Fish, birds, wildlife and the space is entirely controlled by her.

I don’t know why but I can’t get the lyrics and the beat of this song out of my head.
Literally just imagining her laying back in the pool crystal clear flower covered water in her space. Eyes closed as she lets the water keep her afloat.
Deep breaths in and deep breaths out.
Letting that inner beast of hers actually take a breather. Let herself just feel that foreboding presence instead of just compartmentalizing it.
Let this warm light caress her skin. Let the breeze and water run through her long curls and her fingers. A soft smile crossing her face when she literally feels like she’s floating in mid air.
And perhaps maybe she is? After all it’s the only place where she feels like she has full control over her powers

….aaanndd she’s slipping back under again with a smile as a light shower of rain falls across her face.
That inner beast, that kaiju form of hers. That spirit that made her family so fierce, deep down is actually truly calm for once
So…she just sinks back down.
Letting the water envelope her. She’s not drowning-which would normally freak her out but she’s too relaxed to care. Just taking deep breathes in. Letting her chest tighten and relax with each deep exhale in and out beneath the water. Vision slowly going dark as she got one last look at the surface of dreamscape and closed her eyes completely.
Only to be woken up a few minutes later finding herself back in her room with MK gently tapping her on the cheek to double check if she’s doing okay because, “omg biya! I was so worried! you like didn’t wake up for anything!? I think you stopped breathing at some point!? Are you okay!?” He’s slightly panicking because he’s pretty sure she actually stopped breathing at some point-meanwhile biya is just groggily sitting up searching for glasses like, “shockingly I feel ten times better then I did earlier”
Y’all already know Muxtíp would be fighting everyone to protect her younger siblings. I can’t stop thinking about the fight scene where they are making fun of Kiri and Loak comes out and they all fight, y’all know big sister is on the WAY
