                       Jack's  had  an  unnerving  amount  of  time  to  think  about  this.  He's  been  around  death  a  lot  longer  than  he  hasn't.  Combat  medic,  ER  doctor,  SWAT  physician...  he's  seen  his  fair  share  of  it,  and  more  often  than  not  he  wonders  when  it's  his  turn  to  end  up  on  the  gurney.

                       "  Well  yeah,  who  isn't  ??  "  There's  a  nod  of  his  head,  arms  folding  over  his  chest.  Some  sort  of  self  soothing  habit  he  isn't  aware  of  quite  yet.  This  whole  damn  cult  business  is  bringing  back  too  many  memories  he'd  rather  forget  from  the  middle  east...  Jacob  sure  as  shit  runs  the  place  like  the  damn  military.  And  when  he  gets  his  hands  on  that  Seed...

                       Chaos  erupts  within  the  cells  main  block.  Jack  was  kept  well  informed  on  most  things,  but  his  primary  function  within  this  unit  was  medical  care.  Not  everything  was  sat  so  nicely  in  his  lap  when  it  needed  to  be.  Go  figure.

                        Eyes  cast  their  glance  among  the  ‘Cougars’  running  about.  Clearly  not  a  drill,  they  didn’t  run  those,  to  Virgil’s  dismay.  Jack  agreed  with  the  man  but  they  didn’t  have  time  for  it,  to  figure  something  out.  Every  spare  second  was  put  into  survival,  and  it’s  obvious  that  now  they  might  come  to  regret  this.

                        Braid  thwiping  about  is  caught  out  of  the  corner  of  his  eye.  Words  leave  his  mouth  as  he  approaches  before  he  can  really  consider  much  of  anything  else.  He  has  an  inkling  of  what  it  was,  but  he  needed  to  be  certain.

                       "  What’s  going  on  ??  "

                       "  They  found  us.  "  A  sentence  he  did  not  want  to  hear.  Regardless,  there  was  not  much  he  could  do  about  it  now  that  they  knew  of  their  whereabouts.  Oh,  this  is  gonna  be  fun.

                       "  Lindsey  prep  the  beds-  "  He  shouts  from  across  the  chaos  at  the  veterinarian.  Charles  was  the  only  one  with  medical  knowledge,  even  if  it  was  animals,  it  was  still  something.  Baptism  by  fire,  at  least  he’s  learning.  "  Grab  any  medical  supplies  we  got  and  stick  it  in  the  courtyard,  we’ll  need  it  there  first.  "  Attention  is  turned  back  to  Alison,  brows  furrowing.  Calmness  glossed  over  him,  like  he’s  done  this  too  many  damn  times.
