Part of 'facing my fears' and redefining myself has been challenging but most rewarding, I have learned to stop fearing the water through kayaking, fear of motorcycles and their speed, and now I am a motorcyclist and fear of cutting my hair. My hair has always been a sort of shield to me, as a child I was told that a woman's hair is her crown, but it took my daughter Isabel to help me realize that beauty is whatever you make it. In some cultures it is a symbol of Rebirth, and so, I am on my way to change and redefining my goals, my perceptions and dissolving all fear.
