Do seasonal areas count towards getting a stage 100% completed? Like, do I have to complete the Valley of Dreams to 100% the Valley of Triumph? Because I just tripped across the elemental trials and managed to scrape through the first three, but I just can't finish the Trial of Fire - I don't have strong enough mental mapping and imagery skills when combined with the random eye things sending me back to checkpoints. :(
either way no, seasonal areas are just side things that aren't at all required for the main game. the main reason you'd still do them is for hearts
if you're referring to these constellation percentages:
then only buying things from the base game spirits (the ones you access in the constellation) will contribute towards your percentage
you have to buy everything from a constellation EXCEPT the level 2 capes to 100% it. lvl 2 capes don't count towards the percentage either
Sky terminology
moth/moff- new player in sky
caterpillar- new player who hasnt completed the tutorial and gotten their wings yet
butterfly- a stage in between moth and experienced player
veteran- old player. you become a veteran once a travelling spirit from your first season comes back
travelling spirit- spirits from past seasons that return so their items can be bought for regular candles
season of [something]- an event that brings new spirits, new area, and new quests to sky. you can buy stuff during the event for seasonal candles which you get from completing daily quests
days of [something]- an event where you can buy items for regular candles. unlike seasons they are reoccurring every year. they usually add some kind of idle wax spot
ultimate reward/ult- once you complete everything in a regular constellation you can get an ultimate reward from the elders of whichever realm. When you complete a seasonal spirit's friendship tree you can buy a heart which you can exchange with the season's guide for seasonal ultimate rewards but only if you have bought the season's adventure pass for irl money
friendship tree- when you buy stuff from spirits that's unlocking stuff on your friendship tree with them. Also emotes you unlock with friends are also on your friendship tree
candle run/CR- when you go through all the realms to collect wax
winged light/WL/stars- the shiny kids that you absorb for your wings. They're called winged light in game but were called stars in earlier beta. If you see someone calling them stars now that means they're probably old
Wax- the stuff you form into candles
OOB- stands for out of bounds. Glitching out of bounds is really popular bc there are a lot of pretty areas out of bounds and tgc has even started hiding stuff oob for us to find
Constellation- where you view your relived nonseasonal spirits and buy stuff from them
Friend constellation- where your friend list is
heart trade- hearts are hard to come by later in game so many players rely on trading to get hearts
krill- called dark dragon in the game but mostly called krill by the players. its a big black creature with a blue eye that turns red when it sees you. avoid at all costs (also ask a more experienced player to help you through)
sky kid- what you play as in the game
skid- another word for sky kid
server split- sometimes a server in sky will split up players and one of them will have to go home and rejoin to be together again

Resize Spells
Do you want to be taller? Or perhaps shorter? Well do I have the spells for you!
There are 4 types of resize spells. They are, tiny spell, chibi spell, big spell and random resize spell. Here is what they look like in that order:
These spells can all be bought from spirits. They're pretty easy to get, except the tiny spell which is only available during certain events.
The first 3 will change you to a specific height for a limited amount of time. All of these heights being outside of a height you can naturally be.
Tiny: these spells make you very very small! Here's tiny me next to some regular sized candles to show you just how small this spell makes you
Chibi: This makes you the size of someone wearing a chibi mask!
Big: This makes you slightly bigger than the tallest height
Here is me (chibi) and Jam (big) so you can see:
Random resize spells
Now the last type of resize spell we have is a bit different. It's the random resize spell.
This spell doesn't change you to a specific height, but a random one, and it's not for a limited time, it is permanent (until you alter your height with another spell).
It often takes several tries to get the height you want.
If you're aiming for a specific height you can measure yourself on the wasteland hub lamp posts using this chart:
Note that this ONLY works with the lamp posts is the wasteland hub. You can't use a different lamp post for this.

Talking with friends who speak different languages
Do you ever friended someone, only to find out they don't speak a language you know? Well luckily Sky has a built in translator so you can communicate with your friends, even if they don't speak your language!
This is how you use it:
First, tap on any message to open the chat on the side
Then tap on the message you want to translate in the side chat
Tap the translate icon that will appear next to the message
It should translate so you can see what your friend said! :D
Don't question why I said "I speak a language" I had no idea what to say for this, anyways-
Unfortunately, this system only works to translate other people's messages, not your own, so if your friend doesn't know how to use the translator you probably won't be able to speak with them- since it's very hard to explain to someone how to use a translator in a language they don't understand.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

What are OOBs?
OOBs or Out of Bounds are areas in sky that aren't naturally accessible without some glitching. These areas may be unpolished, but they can also be some of the most beautiful areas in the game!
OOBing is a big part of sky culture and tgc has even started hiding stuff out of bounds for us to find such as the penguin and the airplane!
So you want to go OOBing?
For a beginner OOB I'd definitely recommend the night collesium OOB in Valley! It looks a bit different these days but it's still a good one in my opinion.
For more advanced OOBs I'd recommend saving for the chibi mask and or table prop, as they are used to get to a lot of OOBs.
Also if you plan to go with a friend I'd also recommend unlocking piggy back as it can also be used to glitch out of bounds.
Good luck!!

What are seasonal spirits?
Seasonal spirits are extra spirits that come alongside season events (ex. Season of Dreams, Season of Flight, etc). They can most often be found in the season's area (ex. Village of Dreams, the Wind Paths, etc).
For the duration of the season you can buy cosmetics, items and emotes from the season's spirits for seasonal candles which can be obtained through doing daily quests and can found in the map the daily quests are in.
Once a season is over you can still relive seasonal spirits and get their level 1 emotes, calls or stances. However, you cannot buy from these spirits.
Unless they come back as a travelling spirit, in which case you can buy their items at a higher price for regular candles. A random seasonal spirit comes back as a travelling spirit every two weeks!
✧----
Where can Seasonal Spirits be found?
Seasonal spirits are only visible to players who have completed The Eye of Eden. If you haven't completed Eden you can still relive these spirits but you will need someone who has completed Eden to start them for you.
Seasonal spirits can be found all around. You search for them to relive their memories just like regular spirits! However if you don't want to look for them there are guides that can help you get them all!
I put some below :)
✧----
Spirits: Season of Gratitude - Season of Assembly
✧----
Spirits: Season of the Little Prince - Season of Performance
✧----
If you're wondering where Season of Shattering is, Season of Shattering doesn't have any spirits! It is the first and only season so far to not bring any seasonal spirits.

I hope you found this guide helpful! If you have any questions feel free to ask
