Happy Valentine’s Day from your favorite Dragon Moms dragons... Uh... Wait, hold on, these aren’t the dragons you know!
Drawn by my partner Armadox, this is Shale and Gertrude, two gay dragons in love, from an upcoming Dragon Moms side project, called The Most Clever Invention. Readers with a really fantastic memory might remember that being the name of one of Merry’s risque gay romance novels from back in Entry 56. Well, your humble author may or may not be writing that book.
It’s the story of Shale, a Red who has everything one could ever want in life. A fiance with a very big, uh, hoard, among other things, and the time to pursue her studies in the way that she wants. It’s a very sensible setup. However, she cannot shake the fact that something is missing, and when she confesses her issues to her friend Gertrude, the District’s Worst Wizard and self-proclaimed inventor, well, Gertrude has a most clever idea indeed.
It’s a silly, steampunk-y romance and I should be finishing it up later this year. I really hope you look forward to it! Dragon Moms proper will return on Thursday! See you then! And thank you for reading!
