My friends & I recently started to develop our own fanclan’s & Oc’s and its been so much fun, I’ve drawn a ton of them so I thought it was worthwhile to have a post full of them (mainly because I need an archived place off all the doodles heh) The only characters here that belong to me are Specklestep & Weaselseed!

L: “He looks just like you, Echoear. Exactly like you.”

E: “...That’s good, right? Since you don’t want to be involved with raising him.”

L: “Yes, it won’t be obvious I’m his father at all.”

E: “What if he has your eyes?”

L: “If he has my eyes, so what? Lots of cats have yellow eyes.”

E: “...But my eyes aren’t yellow. You said they’re “green”.”

L: “Yes, well... hey, have you thought of any names for him?”

E: “He was just born, Lightningfall.”

L: “It’s never too early! Besides, I’d figure you’d want to name him, since he’s your son.”

E: “Our son.”

L: “Yours.”

E: “...His fur is soft like moss. I can hardly feel the difference between him and my bedding.”

L: “So... you’re thinking Softkit.”

E: “StarClan no.. that’s a foolish name.. I was thinking Mosskit.”

L: “Whatever you say... you still have a few moons until it’s official.”

E: “I don’t want to name him wrong...”

L: “There are no wrong names. Only foolish names.”

E: “Like Softkit?”

L: “...like Softkit.”

E: “Well... I guess I’ll be seeing you around?”

L: “Yeah... look, you can tell him about me, y’know?”

E: “Like what? Tell him you’re a foolish tom too proud to acknowledge his son?”

L: “I was thinking more like.. he was the bravest and strongest warrior in the forest.”

E: “You’re featherbrained if you think--”

L: “Just... don’t tell him I’m his father, okay?”

E: “Fine... do you think- do you think I’ll be a good mother?”

L: “...You’ll do your best.”

E: “I’ve never cared for a kit.. but you know what other queens don’t have?”

L: “Blindness?”

E: “Exactly! My other senses are heightened because I’m blind.. maybe I can make do with what I have.”

L: “That’s why I said you’ll do your best.”

E: “...You can say goodbye to your son if you want.”

L: “Your son. I have no kits.”
