if you guys haven’t heard, Tumblr is rolling out a new policy for the app in Texas where users have to submit their government ID or whatever bullshit to prove that they’re adults in order to use the app

I do not live in Texas, but I do live in America, so who knows if this policy will make its way to me. there’s a non zero chance.

reminder that I have other social listed on my strawpage! I don’t use all of them, but I definitely use Toyhou.se and Discord, and I check CharacterHub from time to time. if the policy reaches me I will likely stop posting to Tumblr altogether and might move to one of the other socials I have listed (I’m thinking Pillowfort, FurAffinity, and/or DeviantART).

feel free to dm me either here or on the other socials I’ve listed if you’d like to ask about my plans for moving (just please don’t send me a friend request on Discord or generally try to be my friend if you’re a minor). if the policy hits me the same way it hit Texas, I will likely make a post on desktop about officially leaving Tumblr and where I plan on moving. in all honesty, I will probably start planning right now and possibly post updates about it.

I’ve been feeling nostalgic for my early days on the internet lately and it’s making me consider returning to DeviantART. if I were to do that though I would be an AI disturbance filter over all of my posts bc I don’t fuck with that…I dunno. part of me feels guilty but part of me is also like. DeviantART is a laughing stock of the internet anyways, what difference is me being on there vs not being on there going to make on anything. I used to love the site even if I have many issues with it now.

I’m hoping to sketch some wc ocs today…I’ve been thinking soooo hard about Treefall and Mousesniff’s lore lately (I think I might change Mousesniff’s name) and their relationships with other characters (their friend group, their adoptive parents, their biological parents, the leader of ThunderClan, etc) it’s driving me crazyyyy I need to start drawing this shit and writing it down

thinking about retiring my fursona Jutlin and making a new fursona. I might name her Yippy! she’s going to have some accessories (like a sweater and fun earrings) and a rabbit form, but this is all I had the energy to draw so far. wings are optional!!
