here’s just a yap post with some thoughts I’m having

I’ve been feeling nostalgic for my early days on the internet lately and it’s making me consider returning to DeviantART. if I were to do that though I would be an AI disturbance filter over all of my posts bc I don’t fuck with that…I dunno. part of me feels guilty but part of me is also like. DeviantART is a laughing stock of the internet anyways, what difference is me being on there vs not being on there going to make on anything. I used to love the site even if I have many issues with it now.

I’m hoping to sketch some wc ocs today…I’ve been thinking soooo hard about Treefall and Mousesniff’s lore lately (I think I might change Mousesniff’s name) and their relationships with other characters (their friend group, their adoptive parents, their biological parents, the leader of ThunderClan, etc) it’s driving me crazyyyy I need to start drawing this shit and writing it down

I’m considering rewatching The Walten Files!! Marten’s new video popped up in my feed the other day and it made me want to revisit/catch up with the series. might finally be time for a new intense interest lmfao

wanted to very slightly redesign Sister Azurite because I didn’t feel like her design fit my vision for her

thinking about retiring my fursona Jutlin and making a new fursona. I might name her Yippy! she’s going to have some accessories (like a sweater and fun earrings) and a rabbit form, but this is all I had the energy to draw so far. wings are optional!!

I’m probably not the first to say it but something that bugs me abt Squirrelflight and Brambleclaw is that they had the potential to be really good friends but nothing else. they had a fun dynamic in the beginning of TNP and I feel like there would’ve been so much potential if they’d stayed as only friends and if Brambleclaw wasn’t a dickwas when they started courting each other

scene sketch idk if I’ll finish ft Sister Azurite (she/her) and a currently unnamed warrior (she/her)

been thinking a Lot about the “finding each other in every lifetime” trope recently for some reason. thinking about Azurite, who is a medium, exploring the tunnels between ThunderClan and WindClan and somehow time-traveling (bear with me, weird concept for Warrior Cats) continuing to run into this one specific warrior who I have not named. she falls in love with her, but then the warrior dies, but then she walks through the tunnels and finds her in another life time, and another, and she keeps dying before Azurite can do anything about confessing. Azurite gives up, but finds her in her actual life time, and tries not to get attached knowing that she’ll eventually die again. uhm she’s actually wrong this time and the warrior leaves her Clan to live with Azurite <3 this scene is her with the warrior in her own life time realizing she can’t really resist falling in love again even though she knows (or thinks she knows) it’s all going to end in disaster
