I’m just like Elizabeth I in that we’re both gingers with crappy teeth who are also forever alone!

Apparently, my father hasn't told my little sister Margo about any of his wedding plans because he has several reasons for being quite angry with her.

A couple of months ago, Margo asked to borrow my dad's trailer to help a friend move. He agreed, but told her there was trash in the back from cleaning out the garage and he'd give her ten bucks to go dump it at the dump and then she could use it. In that trash were a couple of deer/antelope/elk/wildlife pelts because my dad takes people hunting and helps them process their kills so they can take the meat home.

Margo went out and dumped it on the side of the road.

There were also pieces of junk mail in there addressed to my dad, so the game warden was called and my dad was questioned for poaching. My dad cleared this all up, and it's hunting season once more. My brother bagged a mule deer this weekend and my dad has a tag for a doe.

Margo has been going around town telling everyone that she and my dad shot a huge buck.

Now, Margo doesn't have a tag, and the Department of Wildlife knows what kind of tag my dad drew, so he's being questioned about poaching. Again.

When I was in university I spent a semester in a class that was supposed to teach me how to costume. It didn't, but I met a friend of mine named Casey and a bunch of other people who became really good friends. I don't know how the subject came up, but I mentioned that I was Mormon. This was coupled with the fact that I'm pretty loud and Casey proclaimed, "I'm calling you Mormon Thunder from now on."

The nickname spread through the theatre department, I rather liked it, and I have been Mormon Thunder ever since. I cannot tell you the joy that I feel hearing "MORMON THUNDER!" shouted at me or typed at me.

And that is what my URL means. Apparently there's also a biography on some dude named Jedediah Morgan Grant who was a great orator and, indeed, a Mormon and its name is "Mormon Thunder."
