there is something so very tragic about the nature of morrissey and johnny marr’s current relationship to me. like johnny helped pull morissey out of depression and they started a band together. the band was started early in their young adulthood/adulthood and shaped who they are now. i think it is very obvious to many that morrissey was in love with johnny. he wrote many classic songs for the smiths such as hand in glove, i know it’s over, there’s a light that never goes out, etc with his feelings for his best friend at the time in mind. he could never have johnny because he liked girls and was already dating (and then married) to angie. although johnny was straight im sure he could feel a secret infatuation with morrissey. now they barely talk, morissey denies any feeling for johnny even though he wrote some of the most gut wrenthcing songs for him. all they have now is their breif time with the smiths.

Morissey and Andrew eldritch are both unmarried 67 year old grouchy British men with May birthdays. Someone should set them up
