Probably yes, because I feel insecure about certain things, and if they suggested plastic surgery out of the blue, I'd wonder why. If, on the other hand, they were adding to my train of thought of having plastic surgery, I might find it less offensive. But as it is, I'm too insecure, which is why I'm not going to get plastic surgery anytime soon
