I've just come back from counselling on the fact so I feel like now is a good enough time to announce it, but: I will not be reopening commissions to the public. They're staying closed permanently. this is for several reasons: first and ultimately, I'm not reliable or timely any more. Communication with the clients still on my queue is pretty much dead in the water. It's unlikely that this will improve. second: I don't want to. because I'm unreliable and slow on delivery, income was unreliable and slow too. because of that, it became a big source of anxiety, stress and guilt, and no longer enjoyable as an activity. I want to regain that freedom and draw like I used to. sorry to anyone holding out the hope of getting work from me in the future! but let's face it, since i haven't opened all year, I don't think anyone was really gunning for being on my queue other than occasional interest. and I'll be able to draw cool things without obligation!

I know I jokingly tease Raph, Don, Leo, Mikey, and even April, but the second one of them tells me it bugs them, I try to stop. There is a limit ya know? Sadly, not everyone is like that and will continue to pester ya, and that makes for some seriously stressful situations. That’s why people come to tumblr and the net, to escape, so why the heck would ya want to make that place stressful too? We all just wanna have fun, so use what tools ya got. Online bullyin’ is just as real, if not just as scary, as regular bullyin’, and yah,  it might make ya feel guilty for reportin’ someone over a silly little “omgz, ur so dum, delete ur tumblr!” comment, but what may seem like no big deal to ya, could be a snappin’ point for another. If they are bullyin’ ya, they are probably bullyin’ others and not stickin’ up for victims can be just as bad as bein’ the bully sometimes.
