T: Whatās your favorite part of the writing process?Ā Why?
My other favorite part of writing is research. RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEARCH. I KNOW THIS SOUNDS CRAZY.... BUT GO WITH ME ON THIS. I freakin' love making meaningfulĀ connectionsĀ in my stories! Like with "Can't Go Back", I got to look up so much about the Allen/West family and about Wally's speedster illness, and tried to apply that to YJ canon, and dfhksghg I LIKE MAKING REFERENCES. I LIKE PLANNING OUT SUPERNATURAL STORIES USING URBAN LEGENDS AND MYTHOLOGY AND MONSTEROLOGY. I FEEL SO PROUD WHEN I CAN MAKE A FIC UNIVERSE MORE REEEEAL.Ā
O: What motivates you to write?
Basically... the idea that I can share my stories online. That anyone can stumble on one of my fics, and (hopefully) an emotion can be invoked. I really do get this woooooonderful, giddy feeling when I discover a new person has read something of mine.Ā
P: What are your goals for things to happen to your writing? (Getting published, getting a good review, having a fandom, etc)
My real dream? Publishing and creating FANDOM. A FANDOM FROM MY /OWN/ STUFF. YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND. I AM GOING TO TROLL THE SHIT OUT OF MY FANS. I will be that person on the forum dedicated to my work who writes paragraph long entries about how much this non-canon or completely cracked out couple is the best. I'll read all the goddamn fanfiction. Every. bit. of. it. Even the squick. I'll review and leave my thoughts either critically or spazzy. I will stalk blogs and Tumblr blogs and facebook pages. I will never reveal who I am BUT THIS IS GONNA BE SO GREAT SADFGHRDJF
