What Emberstar doesn’t have in height she makes up for in confidence and her unwavering devotion to keep her clan alive and well. Though she is devoted and loyal to leading Moonclan she doesn’t care as much about the other clans who share the surrounding territory, and would quickly doom the other clans if it meant that Moonclan would survive.

She was brought up by the previous leader, Harestar, and her mother Nightleaf, but most of her time as an apprentice was spent training with her father. As a kit she was energetic and cheerful, and made friends in the nursery easily, one of the kits she bonded with the most was Nectarbreeze.

Harestar saw leadership qualities in her as a young cat and (unknown to Emberstar) was quick to prepare and train her for the future as the next leader. His ways of training were ruthless and rubbed off on her throughout her apprenticeship and into adulthood. Her brothers and mother saw how this was effecting her and brought it up with her on multiple occasions but she had stubbornly defended her father and carried on the training.

For Mod Panda I drew Moonstream - who isn’t as sweet as she is but oh well lol! Happy Valentines Day!

I see these two as family!

Almost maybe in like an aunt/niece sort of way, or just two friends with a large age gap.

Morningflower was Moonstreams mentor, but they were also in the Nursery for a short time together. I’m sure Morningflower also helped Moonstream out with the kits, and now Moonstream is willing to do the same.

I think they like to gossip, talk, comfort each other.
