His breaths came out harshly through his nose as he held her close, plundering the cavern of her mouth as his hand cupped her breast through the front of her shirt. Luna pulled away from the kiss, hips still gyrating, creating the friction that left her head feeling pleasantly fuzzy and warm. It was when she felt the smooth pads of his fingers skate up her thigh and slip under her skirt that she took a deep breath and made herself sit still. “Ignis… I… we should… stop,” she finally worked out, the drag of his caress and the trail of fire it left behind all too distracting.

“Luna…”

“I’m sorry, I just-” she wet her lips as she averted her gaze. Ignis had been understanding to a fault, but she was worried that he would grow tired of waiting for her. “I’m still not ready.”

He pressed their foreheads together, his hands smoothing down to her knees where he made sure her skirt was properly folded down and neat. He set his touch atop her clothes. “I understand, I told you I would wait. I’m alright waiting for you,” he reassured her.

Even though she didn’t feel one hundred percent sure, she wanted to believe him, the soft expression on his face said that she could. “I won’t make you wait forever,” she murmured as she lifted her eyes to hold his gaze. “I’m waiting, too, you know.”

Ignis smiled as he tucked some hair behind her ear. “I believe you to be worth the wait, no matter the duration.”

And it was when he said things like that that made Lunafreya want to wrap her arms around his neck and kiss him until she couldn’t breathe, made her want to lock the door and expose all of herself to him. But there was still an anxious voice inside her, that made her freeze at the mere idea of taking off her clothes. So she nodded, offering him a sympathetic smile before leaning in and kissing him. “I will let you get back to your work, and I will be here for you when you get off.”

He gave a gentle nod. “Alright, my love, I will see you soon. Although I cannot fathom how I’m supposed to concentrate on these files after that,” he teased.

The most beautiful blush spread across her cheeks as she removed herself from his lap. As she stepped off and away from him she became highly aware of just how wet she had gotten during their exchange, her panties sticking to her slick flesh.

Ignis seemed to pick up how embarrassed she got and he quickly shifted, crossing one leg over the other. “Go on, darling, although I’d hardly complain if you wanted to remain there and allow me to look at you.”

She chuckled, turning away from him, grateful that he wasn’t prying. She seriously needed to go change, and maybe take a shower. “I’ll see you soon.”
