W- WHAT
One of the big things I took away from WD is that it appears Mont3r is sentient. Like it clearly can communicate with Kal'tsit, but it can also understand other people. It clearly gets offended when Passenger misclaims that Kal'tsit took out the Sarkaz mercenaries, which is fascinating for two reasons. One is that Mont3r clearly has some kind of ego, that its proud to live a life of "wake up and choose violence" and is very good at it. But two is that it clearly asserts itself. Passenger corrects himself and says "you two" afterwards, which is a notable shift in perspective. It's easy to think that Mont3r is just Kal'tsit's pet spinal cord monster, but in that scene is very clearly establishes that even if it cannot communicate verbally through language, Mont3r sees itself as an individual of some kind. An individual who is upset that you won't give it credit for its kills.
The conversation with the Emperor's Blade was also very interesting. There's a lot of hints that Kal'tsit might be immortal in some way, but there's also a really interesting bit of dialogue that even the nation that conquered demons, and instilled them in humans, has no idea what Mont3r is. Mont3r might be really old. If that's the case...given it's clear symbiotic nature with Kal'tsit (they are partners after all), I wonder if Mont3r is somehow keeping her alive. It's not really been addressed whether or not Mont3r can exist independently of Kal'tsit (there might be a hint in the game mechanics dropping its DEF to 0 if its outside of her attack range) but it's possible that the relationship is mutual. Kal'tsit acts as a host of some kind for Mont3r while Mont3r keeps her alive, agelessly. At the very least, that's a very "on the board with the other fringe theories" idea.
getting Mont3r as a unit and kind of indirectly confirming that Mont3r is sort of how Kaltsit is immortal (tldr Mont3r grows into new Kaltsits, she is bugs growing her own larvae), it kind of recontextualizes Mont3rs affection for Doctor in a really funny light, namely:
kaltsit voice no my daughter you cannot date the Doctor they're terrible. mont3r voice rrrrrrrrrrer (but mother i love them). Mont3r being Kaltsit's teen clone daughter all along is way funnier than we're giving it credit for

Oh to be double penetrated by Kalt'sit and Mont3r
Okay hear me out. So it’s about this Director named Kal’tsit. She’s a scientist that turns her spine into a pickle. Funniest shit I’ve I’ve ever seen.
Mont3r
Is it Monster or Monitor?
This question really plays into a lot of the themes around Kal’tsit and the ambiguity is almost certainly intentional.
I read it as Monitor the first time I saw it, but Monster fits the spelling more.
But what if it’s just... Monter?
