A list of demons we know of so far that are on the island, their appearances and weaknesses and how many there are left, should they be our opponents.

Brachen demons (5): look fairly humanoid in appearance, but will have green colored skin, blue spines that protrude from their faces and red eyes. They can be killed in most normal ways, besides breaking their necks. They are double jointed there, so it won't work on them.

Snake Eaters (5): look human in appearance, but will not speak, giving them away. They have a snake in their throat that does that for them. Kill the snake and the person will die, too. Their snakes are venomous, though, so proceed with extreme caution.

Mitsukurifera demon (confirmed extra by sheer numbers): more colloquially called 'land shark'. These demons are fast and tough to kill. Avoid at all costs. If in a fight, they have a thick plated skull, but you can go through the roof of the mouth to their brain to kill them, or by damaging their hearts.

Formicabrute (possibly, 6): Rhiannon's ant demon most likely. Very tough to hurt because of exoskeleton, poisonous bites, should be avoided at all costs. Could be one of our opponents.
