Zoro's enabling of Luffy does extend to Tangerine. It's tampered a little by his desire not to deal with Nami being angry, but not enough to make a difference.

Zoro loses Tangerine Exactly Once, but Luffy that gets so angry with him that Zoro makes sure it never happens again. It is probably the one big fight in their entire friendship.

Zoro and Sanji both cut back on drinking and smoking when Nami gets pregnant. Sanji stops smoking because it triggers Nami's morning sickness, and Zoro cuts back on drinking until Nami's done breastfeeding. Zoro will never admit he did it in solidarity, but everyone knows he did. Sanji picks smoking back up quickly, but does have the habit of carrying lollipops with him well into Tangerine’s childhood.

Her favorite grandparent is Crocodile because she thinks Dragon is boring and never lets her do fun things like beat up Buggy. Tangentially, Buggy is under the impression that Nami is Crocodile's daughter. He made an assumption, and Crocodile preferred it over telling him he's actually Luffy's father.

She has never met Dadan but Dadan has a whole album of her photos. Dadan is just too traumatized from Garp abandoning Ace and Luffy with her, she's asked Luffy not to bring Tangerine to her home.

She calls Garp "Gigi". He came up with it. He calls her "sunflower". Nami only allows supervised visitation with him. Luffy isn't really inclined to overrule her on that, and he kind of likes that Nami took over the decision. He wants her to have a relationship with Garp, but also knows all too well that the man is not good with children. Luffy wouldn't change his childhood, but he would prefer Tangerine not to have any experience with Garp's Fist of Love.

Nojiko refuses to call her Tangerine. She can't can't believe Nami agreed to the name Ruby Tangerine so she exclusively calls her niece "Ruby".

The Ruby part of her name is meant to pay homage to Ace and Rouge. Nami came up with it to get Luffy to stop calling their unborn daughter Tangerine, but Tangerine had already taken hold with the rest of the crew. Her double-barrel name was the compromise.

Tangerine realizes around age 5 that if her dad's King of the Pirates, that makes her a princess and she is so excited. What little girl wouldn't want to be a princess and a pirate?

Tangerine does introduce herself as "Monkey D. Ruby Tangerine, Pirate Princess" to anyone who will listen. She does insist on saying her full name when she does it. It causes a lot of trouble for the crew, but Luffy lets her do it everytime. After spending his childhood watching Ace pick fights over his hatred of Roger, it just makes him smile to see Tangerine do the literal opposite. A lot of Luffy’s relationship with fatherhood is haunted by Ace.
