Having to do some bed maintenance today - I got this absolutely fabulous brass bed a few months ago and I love it but I have problems with the braces I’ve put in it falling through - I made them from the bones of the bed I had before - I saved them myself and felt pretty proud of myself cutting them all to size and when they started falling through I then pieces of one Inch tape down the sidles and the middle thinking that would hold them because that was what held slats together on an ikea bed I used to have but on the weekend I noticed that a couple pieces have once again fallen through - I used an industrial stapler to staple the slats to the tape so I don’t know why it gave way - the tape hasn’t torn so I am lost - I think my next step is to put another layer of tape - does anyone have any advice? I don’t do anything crazy in the bed - as far as I know I don’t - I have a problem with sleepwalking so i could be jumping on it every night and not know I’m doing it but I’m pretty sure I’m not :) #bed #brassbed #mondayproblems #slats #helpme #sleep #sleepwalker #dogkisserinternationalheadquarters (at Dogkisser International Headquarters)
