The University of Richmond is at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden today to study Monarch butterflies in the Garden! We are teaming up with students and Jennifer Sevin, Ph.D., Lecturer of Biology, Department of Biology, to collect monarch specimens and do some basic wellness assessments (weight, color, wing size) before we tag them for Monarch Watch and then release them. so that they can be tracked during their migration and then released.
