A term for those who have experienced womanhood, manhood, or adulthood that was neither, regardless of their current or assigned gender. Additionally, terms for these experiences that don't use gendered language, for those that would prefer not to use them.
Examples of ways someone might use this term:
A monachen trans woman who came out later in life and experienced life as a man (monahood), finding it important to her.
An enban who has lived as their gender for a part of their adult life, and therefore experienced a coryhood.
Note that coryhood is not synonymous with enbanhood: it just describes an adulthood that was not a man- or womanhood, and can be used for many different gender experiences.
