I’m going to the Jellicle Ball on Saturday!! ::flails happily:: 💖😻 I’m very excited because I’ve never seen @catsthemusical—& also because this will be my first time seeing a musical that isn’t community theatre or a university production in about 20 years! (The last professional show I saw was Phantom of the Opera when I was in high school—we saw the tour in Rochester one year & the Toronto production another year. I will forever regret that we didn’t see PotO when my mum & I went to London for my graduation present— our bus took us past Her Majesty’s Theatre almost daily! I looked up the cast we would have seen a few months ago & I’m even more disappointed now. 🙁) I’ve figured out a vaguely Jellicle-esque outfit & will be making an attempt at a Misto Broadwaybound (featuring my black fluffy skirt)! I also have something that’s sort of a nod to my girl Jemima/Syllabub.
