Fr Urianger went from, âaway with thee scrubâ to âtee hee, do you think Iâm prettyâ to confessing his love for us on the moon (at least thatâs how Iâm interpreting that convo, lol)
âPrithee, Warrior of Light, doth my drip please thee? đđâ
Legit tho, weather we take it as platonic or romantic love, Urianger allowing himself to be open and vulnerable is such a deep show of love and trust, and one that I know my WoL would have never expected pre-ShB.
Old commission Stiltzkin. I love how his little rucksack turned out.Â
I was going to say that aiming for a perfect score on the fight scene minigame is insanely hard, but I donât think thatâs my gripe with it; itâs an imprecise complaint. Itâs not actually hard - I can do all the button presses correctly and do them all in a pretty timely fashion, under a second at least, and I can do that on a fairly regular basis. The problem isnât the difficulty of it, the problem is the arbitrariness of the gods who rule over the minigame. To them, Iâm imputing the controls with either .248 nanoseconds too much spacing, or insufficient spacing. Either that, or they just want to fuck about with my life. I donât know, I canât ask them. I think they just want to fuck with me. Theyâre like the Greek gods, theyâre not good or bad per se, theyâre just overgrown humans who want to be entertained by the soap opera of human misery, like all of us.
I mean, you could say that itâs hubristic to want to get the moonstone and do things perfectly, and maybe the gods of the minigame domain donât want to be forced to turn me into a spider or a frog or whatever. But Iâve gotten the moonstone before, through some miracle, and wasnât punished for it. I mean - I think I wasnât. In that playthrough I missed a mog letter in Lindblum and couldnât go back for it because the city had closed the gate on me, and forced me to stride out into the world. That letter wasnât their problem anymore, and neither was I. Nor was my lack of a prior save.
But now Iâm just repeating myself. The minigame gods want their amusement, and they always extract it from us.
Excuse the text. Square accidentally the text formatting when they updated III, and I have little way of getting screenshots of this otherwise, so this is the best I can do until they fix the issue.
In Final Fantasy III, thereâs a little easter egg regarding the Mognet moogle: While Luneth, Arc and Refia get the standard âDonât forget to talk to Mogâ message, Ingus gets a unique message of Mog telling him to save up gil to buy Princess Sara a present.
I donât know if the others have unique messages and I didnât trigger them yet/missed them or if this is exclusive to Ingus.

Moogle Love Drama
Amaeris as a Namazu! She is definitely not pleased with this turn of events. Though maybe it`s that pun. NAMAZU. Yeah, probably the pun. Because who wouldn`t want to be a Namazu?
Been playing through Final Fantasy IX again thanks to Jacksepticeyeâs stream of it and wondered if heâd be cute as a moogle. I think itâs a yes.
Plus itâs a good excuse to get my copic markers out <3Â
Sidenote: I love the little sidequest of fixing mognet in FF IX. Artemicion is so adorable.
