Zevran giving Lyna a flower crown to make her feel better because she's home sick but obviously Zevran knows nothing about making her feel better but does his best - moefox4ever Zevran wondered if they even noticed. He of course could see it, the slump in her shoulders, the forlorn looks, the way her fingers lingered on something familiar for a second too long. Maybe he could recognize it because he too was homesick, and she wasn't so practiced st misdirection. No, no one else seemed to notice and with each passing day the heavy cloud that followed the little dalish warden grew darker. If anything was to be done it would have to be by his hand. Only, what did he know about helping a melancholy Dalish. Anything he knew for certain was probably hear-say and not true in the slightest. Anything he might have gathered was just by observation and tinted by grey. It wasn't until he found her napping in a bed of wildflowers, fingers carefully wrapped around an unplucked stem that he had an idea. Finding a time was the hardest part, the other was getting his numb fingers to work properly. It was this numbing cold, not lack of skill that kept the rogue from picking locks. He accepted the jabs without complaint, played it up even, let them think he was harmless, or at least less of a threat then he really was. It made accepting him into this little band a bit easier. this however, cutting holes into strands with his nail, half the time ruining the flower in the process, how did little girls think this was fun? "Warden, " he called when he was finally finished, his hand hidden behind his back. She turned his way, adorable with a puzzled look on his face. A squeak when he placed the flower crown on her head. The smile she gave him was worth the effort.
